A comprehensive and transparent approach to compliance is a key mechanism for assuring the integrity of our internal system and meeting the objectives of the organisation's/client's policy for continue business success. Compliance Department is expected to deliver high quality information to management and suggest better ways of working and is involved beyond the delivery (operations) processes, as it is also actively involved in supporting enabler (support) functions. To ensure excellence in delivery, it is important to carryout incremental as well as transformational improvements in internal support and enabler processes as well as core delivery functions.

Objectives

Compliance team is committed to support and ensure high levels of compliance amongst various departments so that :

  • Organisations funds & resources are used appropriately.
  • Departments are acting within the letter and intent of the SOW.
  • Top Management and Clients can have confidence in the QOS delivered.
